| 摘 要： | 警察高等职业教育坚持科学发展观的核心是以学生为本、以教师为主,基本要求是按照教育规律办事。现从科学发展观的要求出发,要统筹兼顾、妥善处理好突出特色与遵循一般规律的关系、内涵建设与外延扩展的关系、人才培养与知识贡献的关系以及警务化管理与学生全面发展的关系。
