| Abstract: | In view of the practical condition of the Transportation Division of Changqing Oilfield,an analysis is made of the causes for its poor economic benefit and the existing problems with its organization in light of the organization theory for modern enterprises.It is suggested to reorganize the Division into an enterprise group. |
