摘    要:人本位的思想是马克思主义的重要思想,在新闻传播领域体现为受众本位."三个代表"重要思想体现出了受众本位的内涵,是受众本位的理论基础;受众本位的落脚点是全心全意为受众服务,包括提供丰富的新闻信息,提供参与和利用媒体的机会,提供实用技术,提供娱乐等多个方面;传播先进文化是受众本位的中国特色.受众本位必须以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,才能真正代表先进文化的前进方向.

Abstract:The thought that human beings are on the first position is one of the most important thoughts of Marx-ism. In the fields of news and publicity, it should be the popularity. "Three Represent's " reflects the connotation and the theoretical basis of the popularity. The base of the popularity is to serve the people whole - heartedly, including the provision of rich information of news, the opportunities of engaging in and utilizing the media, practical technology, entertainment, etc. The publicity and spreading of advanced culture is the Chinese characteristic of the popularity, which must be guided by the important thought of "Three Represent "s". Only in this way, can the popularity represent the developing direction of advanced culture.
