| 摘 要： | 众所周知,谚语是社会、经济、文化和思想的产物,是一个民族吸取自己优秀文化的结果,其发展均对人的语言交流与表达起到或多或少的影响。通过英汉/汉英谚语翻译的比较,了解东西方文化的异同之处有助于我们全面地、科学地看待和理解东西方的历史文化、社会风俗和宗教伦理,缩短文化差异带来的距离,更好地掌握与运用语言。

Analysis of the Similarities and Differences between Western and Eastern Culture by Comparing English and Chinese Proverbs |

| Abstract: | As we all know,proverbs are not only the products of the society,economy and culture,but the result of benefits of its own excellence.Its development has certain impact on people's communication and interchange.This article aims to analyze the differences between western and eastern culture by comparing English and Chinese proverbs,which is beneficial for people to have a full scientific sight to observe historical culture,social tradition and religious ethics so as to shorten the distance between cultural differences for a better mastery and application of language. |
