| 摘 要： | 产学研合作模式是高校、科研机构和企业进行合作创新的一项制度安排。有效的合作模式能减少合作创新过程中的不确定性与风险，提高产学研合作创新的效果。基于对产学研合作模式选择影响因素的分析，应用博弈论的相关理论构建产学研合作模式选择模型，对现实中常见的技术协作与合作研发两种产学研合作模式进行分析，得出合作各方资源与能力禀赋的差异和相互信任程度是决定产学研合作模式选择及其演变的关键因素的结论，并以抚顺华海与清华大学的合作案例作为引证。
