| 摘 要： | 辽宁是农产品出口大省，受金融危机的爆发和蔓延、国际市场需求萎缩、贸易保护主义抬头、人民币升值及农产品竞争力降低等因素的制约，辽宁农产品出口贸易总额出现下滑趋势。对此，应开拓多元化的出口市场、加强农产品出口基地建设、鼓励和培育龙头企业、扩大吸引农业外资规模、调整农业结构、发挥国际贸易促进体系作用，以降低贸易风险，提高应对危机的能力。
