| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了汉冶萍公司在晚清时期的组织结构、内部管理模式以及民国初年汉冶萍公司制度的转变,分析了各历史时期汉冶萍公司制度的长处和不足,认为它代表了一种新兴的极富生命力的企业管理制度,对现代企业管理制度也具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The article analyses Hanyeping corporation's organizational structure,-inner management mode in late Qing dynasty,and the change of the enterprises system in the early Republic of China.It also points out the strong points and the lacking about the corporation system in the special history,and considering the system was a newly-rising management system,which still has some significance for reference to the modern enterprise management. |
