公共理性与我国社会群体性事件

价值多元化是现代社会的基本事实,若任其多元价值无限度冲突就不会有一个稳定、有序的社会。一个稳定、有序的社会要求公共理性成为社会基本价值观,对话、讨论、沟通是体现这种价值观的具体方法和程序,是公共决策的合法基础。公共理性缺失是导致我国社会群体性事件频发的重要原因之一。
