| 摘 要： | "公共文化服务"研究愈来愈受到学界关注,"内涵、主体与发展中的问题"是研究中的焦点。这些研究对于"公共文化服务"内涵的理解存在"摸着石头过河"、公民权利、政府职能和"公共性"四种观察视角,对于"公共文化服务"主体的理解存在政府、公共部门、政府主导的多中心主体、竞争的多中心主体及合作的多中心主体五种观点,对于"公共文化服务"面临的问题的解读主要集中在投资的非均衡性、服务的非均衡性、区域发展的非均衡性及经济发展与公共文化成长相背离四个方面。

| Abstract: | How to understand the public cultural service, as a hot topics in recent years, has become more and more popular. With the rapid growth in the number of related research, the understanding of public cultural services has not become clearer, but showing a chaotic situation. Therefore, some related research results will be further reviewed, particularly regarding the differences among viewpoints in current academic field. Thus, it would play a fundamental role in promoting research and practice in public cultural services. |
