随着我国在海外投资的日益增多,我国海外经济利益所面临的风险也开始明显增加。眼下,中国的海外经济利益主要面临政治、金融、市场和自然灾害等风险。加强中国海外经济利益的安全保障措施主要包括加强海外投资风险评估机制、有效利用国际法律保护自己、健全政府关于海外投资的保险体系、提升中国特色文化软实力影响力、加强驻外领事机构保障职能建设、对国有企业在海外的亏损投资问责等。
