摘    要:针对广东白云学院大学英语投入和消耗较高而效益较低的现状,试图从根源上找出症结。旨在梳理目前大学英语的"教"与"学",从而达到减负开拓、分工增效、提高教学质量的目的。

Abstract:with a situation of high investment, high investment, high consumption but low efficiency existing in the section of college English at Baiyun Institute, this article attempts to find out the main sources of the symptom, aiming to sort the English "teaching and "learning . By doing this, we can achieve the goal of unloading the teachers'and the students' burden, pioneering new fields,dividing the work to increase the efficiency,and in the end improving our teaching and learning quality fundament ally. It is hoped that this motion will serve to promote the level of compet is iveness our institute.
