| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO以后，如何正确认识WTO反倾销规则？本文认为这是值得经济贸易部门引起高度重视的问题。在具体实施过程中，如何利有这个反倾销规则，趋利避害，我们务必深思和研究。由于我国本世纪初刚加入WTO，缺少现成的反倾销经验，因此结合我国实际、借鉴国外反倾销的成功经验就显得十分必要。
