| 摘 要： | 公众刑事法律心理,是社会公众对刑事法律制度的设立及实施状况的心理认可,是刑事立法和刑事政策的社会基础.当前的公众刑事法律心理存在某些错位,需要对其进行矫治,以逐步培育出一个与社会主义现代刑事法律制度相适应、合乎法治文明要求和时代潮流的公众刑事法律心理.

| Abstract: | Public criminal law psychology is the psychological recognition of the establishment and practice of the criminal law system by the public and forms the social basis of criminal law legislation and criminal law policy.Currently,certain misplacements exist in the public criminal law psychology,which need rectification in order to gradually foster a public criminal law psychology which adapts to the modern socialist criminal law system and is in accordance with the demands of rule of law and the trend of the times. |
