城市治理:空间、正义与权利

在世界范围,城市的扩张、更新与改造带来了空间的再生产。城市治理本身就建立在空间的再生产之上。马克思主义政治学批判了资本与权力对于城市居民既有权利的剥夺,也批判了城市对于农村的掠夺,再一次从现代性的层面批判了资本主导下的城市权力。上个世纪八十年代以来,城市政府开始获得了相对农村政府的凌越地位,并主导着城市乃至区域性的治理,城市治理必须直面空间理论的批判与反思,并致力于重建社会空间、完善区域性正义供给、减少社会排斥之重任。

Urban Governance:Space,Justice and Rights

In the worldwide scale,the expansion,renewal and transformation of cities bring the reproduction of space.Meanwhile,urban governance is based upon the reproduction of space.Marxism Politics criticizes capital and power for depriving citizens’ existing rights and also criticizes cities for depredating rural areas,which further criticizes urban power under the leading of capital from the perspective of modernization.Since 1980’s,urban governments have gradually started to surpass the rural governments and dominated urban and even regional governance.Urban governance should face the critique and reflection of space theory,dedicated to rebuild urban space,improve and perfect regional justice supply,and reduce social exclusion.
