| 摘 要： | 乡村社会治理就是以村民自治为核心,通过乡镇政府管理和农民制度化参与的并行发展,把农民利益最大化作为根本目的的一种乡政村治的良性发展模式。当前,大量农民非制度化政治参与的出现,对于乡村治理的文化成长、社会资本建构和运作绩效有着较为消极的影响。为有针对性地提升乡村治理的实效性,须采取有效措施促进农民制度化政治参与,实现农村社会的和谐稳定。

| Abstract: | In essence,the governance of rural society is the institutionalization of the township government and farmers in combination with the villagers self-government as the core,in order to achieve maximum benefits for the purpose of one kind of sound development of village governance model.Currently,a large number of farmers are involved in the emergence of non-institutionalized politics,culture and governance for rural development.Construction and operation of social capital has a more negative impact on performance.It is targeted to enhance the effectiveness of rural governance,to take effective measures to promote the institutionalization of political participation of farmers,and get to the harmony and stability of rural society. |
