| 摘 要： | 聚众案件是基层社会矛盾的集中体现,关涉社会秩序的稳定.本文以清代发生在县及县以下基层社会的聚众案件为分析样本,尝试对聚众案件的时间分布、空间分布和类型变化等方面作量化分析,以便进一步思考清代基层社会的聚众案件发生的原因、特点及官府的控制策略.

| Abstract: | Group events reflect the conflict of the grassroots society,and relate to the stability of the social order.Basing on group events for samples that happened in counties and villages of the grassroots society in the Qing Dynasty,this article analyzes cases time distribution,regional distribution and major types,for further exploring cases occurrence of cause,basic characteristics and the government’s control strategy. |
