| 摘 要： | 随着科技的迅速发展,出现了一种产生并存在于网络的新生事物——虚拟财产。由于这种虚拟财产正处于从出现到被社会逐渐关注的阶段,但其法律概念和法律属性尚不明确,导致对有关虚拟财产的案件判处时缺乏相对统一的标准,存在着争议和分歧。本文意在对虚拟财产的法律研究和具体问题的处理提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of internet,virtual property transactions occur frequently.A lot of legal issues relevant to virtial property causes great concern in our society.Because virtual property is very different from traditional property,the properties of virtual property and legal characteristics of the property are not clear.Lacking relatively uniform standards,there is considerable controversy and disagreement of cases trials about virtual property.This paper focuses on legal protection of virtual property and provides some reference to case trial. |
