海瑞思想的多元结构

海瑞是明代有名的清官，具有执法不阿的精神，也有仁民爱物的儒家理想。面对明中后期皇帝、官僚的腐败，他力主恢复洪武旧制，以明初的简朴来加以治疗。与此同时，他又顺应工商发展的时代潮流，重视物质利益，提高工商地位，推尊具有启蒙意义的王学，批评作为正统思想的朱子学。复旧与趋新在他思想中结合在一起，新思想使他走到了近代的起点。

Multi-structures in Hai Rui's Thought

This paper holds the opinion that Hai Rui, a famous honest and upright of ficial in the Ming Dynasty, not only had a spirit of enforcing the law strictly, but had the Confucial ideal of benevolence and prudence also. In the face of the corruption of the emperor andbureaucrat in the late mid Ming Dynasty, Hai Rui attempted to retumn to the old system set upby EmperorHong Wu so as to elimiinate the corruption by meansof advocating simplicity of the early Ming Dynasty Meanwhile he conformed to the historical trend of the development of industry and commerce and attached a great attention to the material benefits and improved the position of the industry and commerce. He had the greatest esteem for Wang Men' School whichhad the great significance of enlightenment and criticized Zhu ZI's School for its orthodox concept. It is obvious that reviving old ways was well combined with favoring new things in histhought and it was his new thought that made him approach to the starting point of modemtimes.
