摘    要:社会问题是历史的也是文化的,社会问题又是相互联系的。拼盘式社会问题编制策略的弊端在于:使学生缺乏对社会问题全面的、公正客观的认识;不利于形成独立观点;不利于情感态度价值观的养成。建议在学科课程标准制定时统筹社会问题的编制角度、顺序和程度;学科教科书编制中避免“就事论事“,以狭隘的学科要求束缚学生的探究视野;发掘社会问题的整体社会文化含义。

Abstract:While related to one another,social Problems are associated with certain historical and cultural circumstances at the same time.In many textbooks,the editors have intended to show all kinds of social problems to the pupil,however,they have failed to make amends of the pupil's lack of an independent,extensive and objective view upon them.What is more,this will be of no help for the pupil to cultivate a correct emotional attitude and a correct outlook on values.It is therefore necessary to consider the question of how to introduce social problems to the pupil,so as to enable the pupil to go deeper into the cultural connotations of the social problems.
