| 摘 要： | 陈独秀 2 0世纪 30年代初在上海被捕 ,南京受审是陈独秀政治生涯接近尾声时的一个重要事件。陈独秀大气凛然的政治表现———法律程序各环节的抗辩与斗争 ,很值得我们作历史回顾与文化分析 ,国民党“训政”下的法治经历在一定程度上影响了陈独秀晚年的政治思想和舆论立场。

| Abstract: | Chen Duxiu, arrested in Shanghai in 1930s, was tried in Nanjing. This matter was a very important thing in his political life. His brave action in the court is worth reviewing and it also makes us to do some analysis. In some degree, the politics of KMT affected Chen Duxiu's political thought and stand in his late years. |
