| 摘 要： | 通过对中国体育管理组织系统的现状进行分析,剖析了当前系统运行中存在的主要问题。依据市场经济的规律,从管理学角度阐述中国体育管理组织系统的改革方向,并提出了改革政府体育管理机构、加强建设社会体育组织、建设实体化体育单项协会、建立各类体育俱乐部的改革构想。

| Abstract: | Current situation of China sport administrative and organizational system is studied and the main problems existing in the running system are analyzed.According to rules of market-oriented economy,the reform directions and conceptions in China sport administration are raised in terms of administration.And notions of reforming government PE administration,strengthening social PE organization,establishing individual turnverein and setting up various PE clubs are proposed in this paper. |
