| 摘 要： | 面对纷繁多样的移动数据业务，运营商的资费策略是否合理、是否符合用户的期望是影响用户接受和使用移动数据业务的一个主要因素。因此，移动数据业务的资费策略研究成为当务之急。本论文在研究国外较为成功的3G运营商移动数据业务资费策略基础之上，提出了我国3G时代运营商的移动数据业务资费值得借鉴的地方。

| Abstract: | As a primary factor that determines whether the subscriber accept or adopt mobile data services,the pricing strategy has been receiving much attention.Through analyzing some successful pricing strategies of 3G mobile data services of operators abroad,this paper presents their merits and experiences that may shed light on the pricing strategies in China and brings forwards pricing strategies in China. |
