| Abstract: | By careful studying of the general situation and developing trend on the research on penalty implementation system after the founding of the Peoples Republic of China,and by overall objective comment on the research status quo and its gain and loss on penalty implementation system,i.e.the concerned hotspot issues of commute system and parole system in judicatory practice and relevant theoretical issues,the overall achievement and failure in the research on penalty implementation system can be resulted. |
