| 摘 要： | 秦汉时期粮价波动频繁，上下浮动幅度较大，波动时期远远超过稳定时期，尤其秦汉之交、两汉之际、东汉末年是粮价暴涨时期。影响粮价波动的因素比较多，主要是天灾人祸、税收财政政策、币制不稳定、商人不法经营等因素。为此，国家采取了一系列调控粮价的积极措施，对于平抑粮价起了重要作用。
