提高网络社会领导力的路径探析

各级党委、政府和领导干部在加强对现实社会治理、加强对现实群众领导的同时,必须顺应网络社会的特点,提高对网络社会的领导力。要求树立平等、开放、自信的理念,融入"互联网政治"新空间;主动抢占网上制高点,提高对网络舆论引导能力;积极应对网络民意,开辟与网民沟通的新渠道;消解网络广场效应,引导和平息公共舆论事件;善于调动网络民间力量,加强对党员干部的监督管理。这将使互联网成为创新社会治理和加强党的领导的正能量,凝聚各种力量"顶起"一个富有建设性的网络社会。

Methods for Improving the Leadership of Network Society

All the party committees and governments and leading cadres must try their best to strengthen the governance of real society and leadership of the masses,at the same time,adapting to the characteristics of the network society to im-prove leadership for it.For this,the concept of equality,openness and self-confidence must be established and embeded into the space of“Internet politics”;commanding heights of the internet must be seized initiatively to improve the ability of public opinion;and we should respond to the public actively to set up a new channel for communication with public and dispel the network square effect to guide and quell public event;we also should mobilize the power of civil and strengthen the supervision and management of Party members and cadres.This will allow the Internet to become innova-tive social governance and strengthen the Party’s leadership of positive energy,and we can unite all to“jack up”a con-structive network society.
