云技术条件下重庆新闻资源综合使用运行机制研究

云计算具有规模超大,资源整合和存储能力超强,数据与应用共享性高、数据的管理成本低等特点和优势。文章分析了重庆日报报业集团、重庆广播电视集团、重庆华龙网集团等重庆新闻媒体的新闻资源综合使用现状,研究了云计算为新闻资源综合性使用提供的技术支撑,提出了建立健全重庆新闻资源综合使用运行机制的设想。研究云技术条件下新闻资源的综合使用运行机制,对于整合重庆新闻资源、提高新闻资源利用率、降低新闻资源运行成本、满足不同用户群体的需求、推动重庆新闻资源综合性使用创新发展,具有重要的意义。

Operation Mechanism of Comprehensive Chongqing News Resources Using under Cloud Computing Conditions

Cloud computing has the advantage of large scale, superior ability to integrate resources, superior storage capacity, high degree of data and application sharing and a low cost of data management. This paper mainly analyzes the status of the integrated use of news resources of news media in Chongqing, such as Chongqing Daily Newspaper Group, Chongqing Broadcasting Group, Chongqing Hualong Group and it also studies the technical support and rare opportunity that cloud computing provides for cloud technology and the integrated use of news resources. Moreover, the paper propo- ses ideas of establishing a sound mechanism of the integrated use of news resources in Chongqing. It will have a signifi- cant influence on both integrating and improving utilization of news resources, reducing the operating costs, meeting the needs of different user group, and promoting the innovation and development of the integrated use of news resources of Chongqing.
