| 摘 要： | 对核心期刊的遴选及期刊界存在的问题进行了探讨,指出核心期刊的负面影响不是核心期刊本身,而是管理及其他有关部门对核心期刊功能的种种误用。要完善核心期刊的遴选方法和测评标准,建立科学的期刊评价和学术评价机制和体系,提高核心期刊的核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Discussions on the selection of core periodicals and relevant issues are presented in the article.It's pointed out that the negative influence of core periodicals comes from the misuse of core periodicals rather than the periodicals themselves.It's proposed that the selection method of core periodicals should be perfected,and a scientific periodical evaluation system is waiting to be constructed before the core competitiveness of core periodicals can be further sharpened. |
