| 摘 要： | 经济独立是一个国家经济发展和社会进步的基础。美国经济独立的实现经历了一个较长时期的渐进过程 ,1812年美英战争是其具有决定意义的起点。经过这次战争 ,美国摆脱了英国的经济压制 ,真正走上了独立自主发展民族经济的轨道。

| Abstract: | Economic independence is the foundation of a nation's economic development and social progress. It took a long period for the United States to realize this goal. War of 1812 with its decisive significance was the starting point of US economic independence. After this war, the United States completely rid itself of British control and started in a real sense its mission of developing the national economy. |
