| 摘 要： | 通过引入CRM客户关系管理的企业经营理念,介绍中国移动通信集团经营分析系统的建设背景及核心思想。并结合贵州移动通信有限责任公司在经营分析系统的建设初期具体存在问题,阐述如何有效实施CRM系统的建设,从而帮助企业转变业务流程,以适应这种面向客户的运营模式。
