| 摘 要： | 政府在产业集群中有着重要的地位和作用,对政府作用的精确界定,有利于充分发挥产业集群的优势。政府在产业集群中的作用体现在:提供公共政策与公共产品;制定目标与监管市场;扮演中介和提供公共服务;搭建平台与搞好配套环境建设。

| Abstract: | The government plays an important role in industry colony.The accurate definition about government function is helpful to devvlop fully the superiority of industry colony.The government function is: providing public policy and public product;establishing a target and watching and controlling markets;playing the role of medium and prefer public seevice;establishing a platform and doing well in necessary environment construction. |
