| 摘 要： | 作为一个完善有效的金融市场,不仅要具备各方面要素,而且应该有一个合理的市场结构。文章着眼于金融市场结构,从资本市场迅速发展背景下金融市场结构调整的国际经验出发,分析了我国金融市场结构的发展状况以及其中存在的问题。得出结论是:要大力发展票据市场和企业债券市场,进一步完善金融市场基础法规的建设,建立与产业结构相匹配的金融市场结构。

| Abstract: | An effective financial market should not only include all kinds of factors,but also have a reasonable market structure.This paper focuses on the financial market structure and analyzes the development trend and problems in the Chinese financial market structure,and some suggestions are proposed to improve the situation.The conclusion is to optimize the financial market structure by introducing more effective policies. |
