我国社会建设的制度设计及其创新

从社会工程学视角出发，可将我国社会建设视为一项重要且具有社会性的社会工程。以社会工程学的核心环节“制度设计”为分析基础，对我国社会建设中的制度设计现状进行分析，并对制度设计现状中存在的问题和原因加以深入探讨，继而结合社会学社会结构的建构主义，提出了完善我国社会建设中制度设计的机制和途径：建立利益表达机制，加强制度建构和制度创新，实现制度有机整合。

The Institutional Design of Social Construction and Its Innovation

Social construction can be regarded as an important social project from the perspective of social engineering.Based on the core aspects "institutional design" of social engineering,this article makes the analysis of institutional design on social construction in China,and makes deep discussion on the problems and causes of the current situation.Then combining with the social constructivism of sociology,the article makes the mechanism and way to improve the institutional design of the social construction: to establish the interest expression,to strengthen the system construction and innovation,to realize the organic integration of the system.
