| 摘 要： | 企业外部环境包括企业广义生存域和企业活动域两个层次。由自然系统、经济系统、社会系统构成的企业广义生存域是企业间接外部环境;以企业外部利益相关者为主体构成的企业生态位是企业活动域,它是企业面临的直接外部环境。间接外部环境通过直接外部环境影响企业,从而使企业外部环境表现出整体性与层次性的统一。

| Abstract: | Enterprise external environment is composed of survival domain and operation domain.The former is the indirect external environment consisting of natural system,economic system and social system;the latter is the direct external environment,which is the enterprise ecosystem,an integration of elements related to enterprise external benefits.Enterprise external environment is a unity of entirety and hierarchy,which is justified by the fact that the indirect external environment has an influence on an(enterprise) via its effects on the direct external environment. |
