循环经济在新农村建设中的应用模式研究

党的十六届五中全会明确要求加快发展循环经济。要转变经济增长方式,大力发展循环经济,努力实现"可持续发展能力不断增强,生态环境不断得到改善,资源利用效率显著提高,人与自然关系和谐,整个社会走上生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的文明发展道路"的目标。结合陕西省生态校园创新工程项目实践,全面探讨了在社会主义新农村建设中,如何构建更为合理、科学的循环经济发展模式。

A Tentative Study of Applied Mode of Recycling Economy in the Building of a New Countryside

The 5th Plenty Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee dearly defines the demand for the change of economic growth and a vigorous development of recycling economy.The aim of the demand is that the capability of sustainable development will be steadily enhanced,the ecological environment will be im- proved and the efficiency of using resources will be increased significantly.At the same time,the harmony be- tween man and nature will be realized to push the whole society onto a path to the civilized development featu- ring the growth of production,an affluent life and a sound ecosystem.This paper discusses the setting of a more reasonable and scientific developing mode of recycling economy with the combination of the innovative project in the ecological campus of Shaanxi province.
