Meditations About Labor and Value

The previous research about the Marx's statement that Labor creates value is conducted usually from the history perspective. This statement was proposed when Marx was commenting on the double character of labor in the capitalistic background, which leads people to the following questions: what is the essence of value? To get the answer, we have to probe the essence of labor. Since labor is peculiar to human beings, we need to start by talking about humanity. This essay focuses on the meditation on the classic statement from the anthropologic ontological point of view, which is the central to the understanding of the fundamental distinction between the philosophy and esthetics by the Marxists and those of the previous schools.
