| 摘 要： | 192 0年 6月 ,列宁为共产国际第二次代表大会草拟了《民族和殖民地问题提纲初稿》。为实现《提纲初稿》中规定的政策 ,共产国际加强对中国的工作。第一次国共合作的实现 ,马林起了积极的作用。共产党员以个人身份参加国民党是马林以爪哇伊斯兰教联盟运动的经验为依据而提出来的。
