| 摘 要： | 社区矫正是一种人道、高效、经济的罪犯处遇制度，被各国学者普遍认为代表着犯罪矫正的未来走向。我国是一个有着浓厚重刑主义传统的国家．目前监禁刑仍是我国刑罚体系的主体。从理论层面和实践层面对我国的社区矫正进行研究，并考察现实中存在的问题，有针对性地提出构想与建议，具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | Community correction is a kind of target-oriented management and has become an international developing trend of criminal system. In China, community correction system is still at its initial stage. Under the background of constituting harmonious society, locating the connotation of community correction accurately, combing the source of community correction, analyzing the present situation of our country＇s community correction, and giving legal perfection will undoubtedly inject new vigor to legal system＇s reform of our country. |
