城市化是21世纪发展中国家和地区加速推进经济现代化、社会现代化以及城市现代化的重要战略手段.本文在客观评述与系统总结河北省城市化进程中所面临的制约因素和矛盾障碍的基础上,揭示出有利于找寻城乡结构能力转换和城市现代化建设的新路径与新模式.其中所涉及的战略重点与对策建议,可为河北省决策部门和兄弟省市的城市化实现方式,起到一定的借鉴与参考作用.

Strategic Objectives and Policy Options Of the Urbanization of Hebei Province

Urbanization is an important strategic means by which developing countries and regions accelerate their economic modernization, social modernization, and urban modernization in the 21st century. This paper reveals new routes and modes of urban and rural structural capacity conversion and urban modernization by objectively commenting on and systematically summarizing constraint factors, contradictions and obstacles in the urbanization of Hebei Province. Particularly the strategic priorities and part of the solutions and proposals stated in this paper can be used by decision-making authorities of Hebei Province and neighboring provinces for reference in identifying their own routes of urbanization.
