中国高等教育机会不均对个人收入差距的影响及对策研究

经济体制改革以来,中国个人收入分配差距不断扩大,其原因是多方面的,在以知识为基础的社会里,教育已成为拉大社会收入差距的手段。高等教育机会不均等进一步导致个人之间就业起点、就业岗位、就业待遇等成功机会的不均等,从而使收入差距进一步扩大。因此,要解决收入差距问题,应重点促进高等教育机会均等化。

A Study on Influence on Income Disparity and Countermeasures of Unequal Opportunity of Higher Education of China

The gap between personal income and distribution is expanding incessantly since the economic reform,the causation are multiphasic,that education has become a source of social imparity and stratification in knowledge-based society.The unequal opportunities in colleges and universities lead to the unequal chances of success opportunities in education in colleges and universities among the starting point of employment,the posts of employment,and the treatment of the employment.Therefore,to solve income disparity,it should be emphasized on promoting the opportunities of the citizens' equalization of education in colleges and universities.
