| 摘 要： | 民营企业国际化经营,有利于我国国内产业结构的升级改造。基于民营企业整体上的弱质性,在民营企业国际化经营过程中,需要政府进行多方面扶持,但在扶持过程中要关注其合理性地的问题,即对民营企业扶持要做到适时、适势、适度的紧密结合。

| Abstract: | The international management of civilian-run enterprises in China will be beneficial to upgrade of domestic industrial structure.What is more,it needs the rational support of government in variety ways in consideration of civilian-run enterprises' weakness in a general.However,we should also pay attention to the rationality of the support,that is to say,the close combination of proper time,proper situation,and proper degree should be considered as we adopt relative supporting policies. |
