| 摘 要： | 由于青少年本身法制观念的缺失，以及家长和学校对青少年的上网行为缺乏有效的教育和引导，青少年网络犯罪的现象时有发生，并逐步成为一个令人担忧的社会问题。要想有效控制和预防青少年网络犯罪，社会、家长和学校一方面要加强青少年的网络道德修养教育，对之加以健康引导，另一方面应采取必要的技术防范措施，通过优化网络环境来减少或避免不良信息的影响。

| Abstract: | The lack of j uvenile＇s legal consciousness and their parents＇ effective education and guidance on the online behaviors has led to the occurrence of juvenile eyber crimes, which generally has become a worrying social problem. To control and-prevent juvenile cyber crime effectively, society, parents and schools should strengthen the moral education on juvenile＇s online behaviors and make healthy guidance to them; on the other hand, necessary technical preeautionary measures should be taken to reduce and prevent the influence Of unhealthy information through optimizing network environment. |
