| 摘 要： | 尊重和保障人权是构建和谐社会的重要的基石。我国是多民族国家，少数民族人口有上亿人，尊重和保障这部分人的人权，应该是构建社会主义和谐社会的题中之义。本文重点论述了保障少数民族人权的重要性，并对在构建社会主义和谐社会中如何保障少数民族的人权提出了一点拙见。
