| 摘 要： | 薛凤祚的治水思想包括天的存在、地的存在和人的存在,彰显了＂天时、地利、人和＂的整体理念,再现了西方存在论的精神,具有现代生存论的特征。从中国人的认知发展历程来看,薛凤祚的治水思想以朴实的方式,展示了中国人科学思维方式的萌芽,特别是其强化实用和技术,折射了明清时期新实学的理念。薛凤祚的科学治水思想不论是在思想方法上,还是具体技术上,至今仍有较大的科学参考价值,其所呈现的认知境界为破解当代生态困境指明了方向。

| Abstract: | Xue Feng-zuo's flood control theory is holistic: the flood control is an optimal,dynamic and systematic project involving water conditions,climate and geography and man plays a crucial role in flood control.This theory manifests his cognitive level,the core of Western ontology,and the essence of Chinese traditional culture,which highlights human wisdom. |
