摘    要:在普通话水平测试(PSC)中,"语调偏误"一直是学界研究的重点与测试员评分的难点。对"语调偏误"学理的理解应以中介语理论为基础;评分实践中,应确立以方言性质的偏误为主要视角,注重系统性考察,采用定性为主的方法全面评定应试人的语调偏误状况。

Abstract:In the Putonghua Proficiency Test(PSC),the intonation errors have been the focus of academic research and is difficult for examiners to score.The understanding of theoretical basis of?intonation errors should be based on interlanguage.During the course of scoring,dialect errors should be regarded as main perspective and attention should be paid to systematic study by using determination to judge comprehensively examinees’situation of intonation errors.
