| 摘 要： | 集聚是货币外部性和技术外部性共同作用的结果。集聚通过外部性来影响FDI的区位选择。货币外部性主要通过市场接近效应和生产成本效应等影响FDI的区住决策，而技术外部性对FDI区位决策的作用则更多体现为知识溢出、联合研发和干中学等一系列社会学习过程。

| Abstract: | Agglomeration is the result of the externality of currency and technology.Agglomeration influences the choice of FDI district through externality while externality of currency influences the choice of FDI district through market-closing effect and production-cost effect.Externality of technology influences FDI district through a series social study process,such as knowledge applying,joint research and learning through practice. |
