扩招后大学生素质的基本特征和分类

针对目前高校扩招后，学生数量猛烈增加，学生的素质参差不齐。提出应该加强学生素质教育和教学改革。通过系统分析扩招后学生现状以及扩招对学生素质的影响，提出21世纪大学生应该具备的素质有：思想道德素质，科学文化素质，身心素质和能力素质。并阐述了目前高校学生的素质和基本分类。通过调查研究，认清现在学生素质的基本特征和分类，找出扩招前后学生素质的不同，可以为素质教育以及教学改革提供基本的依据，为扩招后高校学生的培养提供了一定的借鉴意义。

Basic characters and classification of college students' quality after increased enrollment

In this thesis,the authors suggest strengthening the education on students＇quality and reform in teaching method in view of the increased enrollment in the university, and the great increase in the number of students with various levels of quality. Through the systematic analysis of present situation of the students in the university after the increased enrollment and its influence on the quality of the students,the authors put forward the students in the university in the 21st century shoule have ideological and ethical quality,scientific and cultural quality mental and physical quality,and personal abilities. In addition, the authors classify the students into different groups according to their quality levels. Through investigation and study, the authors intend to know the basic characteristic of the quality of students and find the differences before and after the increased enrollment to provide the basic grounds for the education on quality and reform in teaching methods and shed some light on the cultivation of the students in the university after the increased enrollment.
