| Abstract: | The law of the period of the Roman Empire conquered all the world, and then became the most valuable history remains of human legal history, with its profound legal thoughts, deep legal theories, scientific structure system and reasonable legal classifications. The article analyses the reasons of its wonderful achievements, according to the concrete contents, and emphasizes the useful enlightenment to our legal process in China. |
