| 摘 要： | 美国金融危机的发生与美国汇率政策没有发挥效力有着密切的关系.从历史上看,汇率政策的效力问题一直存在着诸多争议,而美国金融危机为这一争议增添了许多新的内容.一系列新的因素导致了汇率政策没有及时纠正美国的经常账户收支赤字,这说明我们需要进一步对汇率政策的效力进行反思.

| Abstract: | This paper holds that the inefficiency of exchange rate policy is an important reason for the current financial crisis.In fact,there had been an enduring dispute on the efficiency of the exchange rate policy.We have analyzed the role of exchange rate policy in the long-run current account deficit from 2000,and discussed the lessons from the experience. |
