皖江城市带土地集约利用与产业结构优化耦合研究

摘    要:皖江城市带在承接产业转移过程中取得了一定的成效,形成了"二三一"的产业结构格局,然而和全国平均及发达地区水平相比,还存在着差距。一方面是皖江城市带产业结构整体处于较低水平;另一方面是产业用地集约度不高,造成土地资源浪费。通过对土地集约利用和产业结构优化之间的耦合关系研究,以产业结构优化促进土地集约利用,以土地集约利用评价指标作为产业的入驻门槛,能够实现产业结构的优化和土地集约利用水平的提高,实现皖江城市带经济全面、协调和可持续发展。

Abstract:In spite of the achievements the Yangtze River City Belt of Anhui Province has made in optimizing its industry structure pattern in the process of industrial transfer,it has hardly reached the national average level in this respect,not to mention that of the advanced areas.On the one hand the overall industrial structure is at a low level;on the other hand,industrial land intensive use is not high,resulting in waste of land resources.Based on an analysis of the relationship between intensive land use and industrial structure optimization,the paper argues that the level of both can be raised by improving intensive land use through optimizing industrial structure and setting intensive land use evaluation as the threshold for accepting industries,thereby achieving a comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development in the Yangtze River City Belt.
