中国引进外商直接投资的制度变迁分析

改革开放以来，随着中国对外商投资政策的放宽限制，外资的进入方式发生了重大变化。本文以制度变迁作为大背景，回顾了中国引进外商投资的历史变化，讨论了不同阶段外商直接投资的特征，揭示了变化所反映的外商对待在华投资的态度，提出了制度变迁背景下我国引进FDI的建议与对策，即构建有中国特色的中性化外资政策、培育国内企业的核心竞争力和开放资本市场及构筑防范监控体系。

Research on the Institutional Vicissitude of FDI in China

Since reform and opening up,along with China's foreign investment policy to relax restrictions,the access of foreign capital in major ways changes.Based on system changes as a backdrop,this paper recalls foreign investment in China,discusses the different stages of foreign direct investment characteristics,reveals the full treatment of foreign investment in China's attitude reflected by changes,proposes counter measures to the introduction of FDI under the background of the system changes,that is,constructing neutral foreign policy with Chinese characteristics,cultivating core competitive of domestic enterprises,opening capital markets,and building a guarding and monitoring system.
